About us
The technique of casting jewelry was introduced in Sweden in the mid-1960s. 1970 got
Birgitta Andersson the opportunity to acquire modern equipment for jewelry making and then started the company Ba Konstgjuteri.
The company was started 1970 by Birgitta as a pure jewelry foundry. Over the years the company has developed into a company
jewelry production and 3D technology that will satisfy all tastes and preferences.
Karl-Axel Andersson
Birgittas son Karl-Axel, worked during the study period extra in the company and thus got it
basic knowledge of jewelery casting. For many years, Birgitta worked and
Karl-Axel together, after which Karl-Axel successfully took over in the 1980s
management of the company.
Karl-Axels son Johan Andersson Kierulf
Ba Art Foundry is still run as a family business. Similar to the previous generation, Karl-Axel now works side by side with his son Johan who
has now taken over the management of the company. We thus ensure that knowledge and methods of traditional jewelry production are advanced and developed in new technologies and environments..
Casting
Ba Art Foundry has the most modern jewelry molding equipment. We have moved our jewelry casting to Skultuna in Västmanland. We can also have castings made by our partners in Germany. This means that Ba Konsgjuteri can always offer the most efficient and fastest castings always according to the customer's wishes.

Ba Art foundry found in most alloys of yellow, silver, bronze and brass. We also cast in platinum alloys. We can cast in higher and lower carat contents than the normal ones. We collaborate with all metal suppliers in Sweden and with the majority in Germany.

Wax spraying and
vaxmodellering
Ba Art Foundry uses the most modern equipment for working in wax, and we therefore carry out advanced wax modeling work. We resize your wax rings.
Ba Art Foundry manufactures metal- and wax orginal for yours.
To achieve the best results in wax spraying, we use two different types of rubber molds
- rubber mold for production with shrinkage approx 4%
For models of material other than metal we use silicone molds krympmån ca 1%

Our casting method is die-casting.
We found the vacum with shielding gas.
